The e-kiosk acts as a focal point for production data, gathering key information directly from your plant. The unit can come pre-loaded with Gemba’s market leading production efficiency & OEE software and the in-built touch-screen display provides an intuitive mechanism through which the shop-floor team can interact with the data and respond to production issues as and when they occur.
The unit comes with a choice of wired or wireless communications, making it equally suitable for anything from a proof of concept scenario to a permanent, plant-wide deployment.

GAIN4 Efficiency as a Cloud solution
GAIN4 Efficiency OEE software can be delivered to you as a Cloud solution, You simply lease our service for an annual fee, and we take care of the installation, initial set-up of the software and IT support. We host the OEE software on our secure servers, and your users access it remotely via the internet.
Importing data from other systems
Gemba's Third Party Interface (TPI) software allows import of data from comlimentary systems to the OEE software database. Typically, this can be used to update configuration data, or to input process data from third party software systems such as SCADA, ERP, etc.
