Gemba Solutions has recently upgraded its market-leading Lean Impact On-Line OEE Cloud solution, to provide a more flexible and detailed approach to data analysis and reporting.
The enhancements, which are automatically available to existing subscribers, include improvements to its "Asset Grouping" feature, meaning that users can analyze machine availability, throughput and product quality in significantly more detail than was previously possible, and using the Advanced Reporting facility can compare data on any combination of machines or groups of machines.
This new release has coincided with a pricing restructure and a new selection of more flexible leasing terms, which Gemba has introduced in order to make the software more accessible for smaller users and to provide a mechanisim for pilot projects for larger systems.
Software upgrades, technical support and on-line training continue to be included in the lease costs, making Lean Impact On-Line one of the most flexible and cost-effective OEE software solutions on the market today.
